Aaron joined Sightcast Recruiting Group in 2012 as a Search Consultant and has since held roles as Project Director and most recently Vice President of Operations – Business Unit Leader. During that time, he has played a key role in the development of client and candidate relationships, strategic direction of Sightcast, hiring and training of new employees, and overall Operations in conjunction with our Leadership Team.

In his free time, Aaron is an avid snake collector and attends various Reptile Expo’s in Texas throughout the year. His wife is quite the fan. Additionally, most weekends are spent on the bay with family and friends or traveling.
