Bill Gibbens, CPA, Managing Partner is a 20+ year veteran of the finance and banking industries. Gibbens' career began in public accounting with KPMG Peat Marwick and Grant Thornton. He led both audit and tax engagements in a variety of industries.

Eileen “El” Gibbens was the co-founder and Managing Partner for a leading, nationally recognized recruiting firm, now Sightcast Recruiting Group.  With 20 years’ experience in the banking industry, El brings years of management and business experience to the team at Sightcast Recruiting Group.

Aaron joined Sightcast Recruiting Group in 2012, prior to the company name change. Previously, he was with Sprint International where he managed a team of 20+ sales professionals. 

Troy joined Sightcast Recruiting Group in 2012, prior to the company name change. He achieved National Rookie of the Year in his very first year.

Marilyn joined the team at Sightcast Recruiting Group in 2012, prior to the company name change. At this leading, nationally recognized recruiting firm she earned National Search Consultant of the Year for 2014 and 2015.

Aaron joined the team at Sightcast Recruiting Group in 2016. He is a four-time Sightcast President’s Club award winner.

Mackenzie joins Sightcast Recruiting Group with human resource experience, specializing in recruitment and public relations.

Emily joins Sightcast Recruiting Group with previous experience as a Search Assistant with a national recruiting firm and a role in Client Services mortgage banking.

Martin Kimani joined the Sightcast Recruiting Group in 2023. He is an accomplished sales management professional with a proven track record of success in managing sales teams across three retail units and selling manufactured homes, bringing a wealth of experience to his new role.

Shawna is a seasoned communications and public relations professional who recently joined the Sightcast Recruiting Group. With over 20 years of experience in communications, public relations, and broadcast journalism, she brings a unique blend of expertise and enthusiasm to the team. Shawna is known for her creativity, exceptional teamwork skills, and ability to get results.

Samantha is a seasoned business analyst and recruiter who recently joined Sightcast Recruiting Group, bringing over 20 years of experience in the banking industry to her new role. With her deep understanding of the industry's intricacies, trends, and requirements, Samantha is well-equipped to identify and attract the best talent for the organization and its clients.

Jason is originally Canadian and graduated from the University of Toronto with a BA in Economics & Political Science. He began his professional journey as an entry-level sales representative and quickly advanced to the position of Regional Sales Manager within a year.

Laura Grahmann is the Office Manager of Sightcast Recruiting Group, joining the team in 2007. Laura is the office leader for Human Resources, Administration, IT, and Database Management.

Olivia is a college graduate from University of Houston-Victoria with a Bachelor of Business Administration. She has five years of customer service and management experience.

Kimberly joined the Administrative team at Sightcast Recruiting Group where she supports our team of Search Consultants and Search Assistants.
