Bill Gibbens, CPA, Managing Partner is a 20+ year veteran of the finance and banking industries. Gibbens' career began in public accounting with KPMG Peat Marwick and Grant Thornton. He led both audit and tax engagements in a variety of industries.
Gibbens co-founded a leading, nationally recognized recruiting firm in 2005 and served for over 15 years as Managing Partner. Gibbens has shared his experiences speaking at national recruiting engagements and training forums and has been published through "The Fordyce Letter" – a monthly recruiting publication.
After 15 years as part of a leading, national recruiting franchise system, Gibbens rebranded as an independent recruiting firm. In 2020, Gibbens changed the name of the firm to Sightcast Recruiting Group with his existing team of the industry’s leading executive recruitment professionals. The firm specializes in placing candidates in Construction, Engineering, Accounting and Finance.
Gibbens is passionate about the recruiting industry. In 2021, Gibbens joined TheRecruiterU as a Strategy Coach assisting recruiting firm owners build high performance teams. In addition, Gibbens shares best practices at Mastermind Forums held by TheRecruiterU.
In his free time, Bill enjoys spending time in Rockport, Texas with his family and friends. Bill spends a notable amount of time sight casting to redfish in the back lakes of Copano Bay.
