Aaron joined the team at Sightcast Recruiting Group in 2016. He is a five-time Sightcast President’s Club award winner and 2023 Recruiter of the year. Aaron is an outdoor enthusiast. On the weekends, you will frequently find him trout fishing on the Texas coast or deer hunting on his family’s South Texas ranch. Be sure and ask him about his most recent Salmon fishing trip to Alaska! Aaron also loves sports. He is a member of the Texas Association of Sports Officials and is a high-school baseball umpire and football referee. Aaron and his wife, Melissa, have a new baby daughter and big yellow Labrador named Bailey.
