Ella joins Sightcast Recruiting Group with four years of experience specializing in recruiting and hiring strategy. She most recently led recruiting efforts for a fire alarm and safety company from Phoenix, Arizona. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Psychology, combining her passion for people with a deep understanding of workplace dynamics.
Outside of work, Ella is all about balance—whether she’s hitting the gym, exploring scenic hiking trails, or baking up a storm in the kitchen. But music is her true love. A violin and keyboard player, she believes every great moment deserves the perfect soundtrack. On the weekends you can easily find her lost in a melody, planning her next trip, or testing out the perfect cake recipe (because great music and dessert are a winning combo).
