Laura Grahmann is the Office Manager of Sightcast Recruiting Group, joining the team in 2007. Laura is the office leader for Human Resources, Administration, IT, and Database Management. Laura also plays an integral role in leading the recruit assistant and research teams.

Laura has an Associate degree in Computer Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Communications. Her knowledge and business experience provides huge support to Sightcast Recruiting Group.

Laura is married to her husband, Jason, and together they have two beautiful girls: Jenna and Taylor. Outside of the office, Laura enjoys being a softball mom and watching her girls play the game they love so much. Laura always looks forward to hunting during deer season every year and sitting by the campfire with family and friends at deer camp.
